Welcome to Invonext. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may or may not be issued for our digital services. By purchasing our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Digital Services
Invonext provides digital services including, but not limited to:
- Website Design & Development
- E-commerce Development
- Shopify Development
- SEO Services
- Local SEO
- AI Automation
- UI/UX Design
- Website Maintenance
- Branding & Graphic Design
- Digital Consulting
Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are limited once work has begun.
2. Project Cancellation
Clients may request cancellation before the project starts.
- If no work has been started, a refund may be approved after deducting payment processing or administrative fees.
- Once project planning, research, design, development, or any billable work has started, the project becomes non-refundable.
3. Non-Refundable Services
Refunds are not available for:
- Completed milestones
- Delivered website designs
- Development work
- SEO services
- Marketing services
- Consultation sessions
- AI automation setup
- Custom software development
- Graphic design work
- Domain registration
- Web hosting
- SSL certificates
- Third-party software licenses
- Premium themes, plugins, templates, or APIs purchased on behalf of the client
4. Milestone Payments
Payments made for completed milestones are non-refundable.
If a project is cancelled midway, payment remains due for all completed work.
5. Client Delays
If a client fails to provide required content, approvals, or feedback for more than 30 days, the project may be placed on hold.
No refunds will be issued due to client-side delays.
6. Change of Mind
Refunds are not provided if a client changes their mind after work has started.
7. Duplicate Payments
Accidental duplicate payments will be fully refunded after verification.
8. Service Quality
If Invonext is unable to deliver the agreed scope due solely to our own fault, we will first make reasonable efforts to correct the issue. If we cannot resolve the issue, a full or partial refund may be considered at our discretion based on the undelivered portion of the project.
9. Third-Party Costs
Payments made for third-party services are non-refundable, including:
- Domain Names
- Hosting
- Email Services
- Premium Plugins
- Premium Themes
- API Services
- Software Licenses
- Advertising Costs
10. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are generally processed within 7–14 business days using the original payment method, subject to payment provider processing times.
11. Chargebacks
Clients agree to contact Invonext before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute so that both parties can attempt to resolve the issue in good faith.
